Basically, all you have done is to reveal some hidden parts of your mind! They were always there creating these painful sensations, controlling your behavior subconsciously. Now, like it or not, you have a chance to be free of them controlling you, but unfortunately, this requires you to be aware of them!

I have been in contact with various people who are very experienced and all recommendations are to stop with meditation as it is like pouring of oil to fire.
I turned to Christ when this happened to me.
Buddhism is also part of new age teachings as new agers also expect Maitreya to come like buddhists ,man who brought buddhism to west was associate of Crowley ,there is so much occult and dangerous is buddhism .
We Christians think that dragon is evil devil while in buddhism dragon is most welcomed and represent wisdom.
I don't want to dissolve my ego but to pump it and be powerful as mine ancestors were, knights they were.

Well, good luck to you then. But if you decide to kill yourself, give a very simple, scientific approach to secular Buddhism, mindfulness, insight meditation, Vipassana, etc... and try to just develop equanimity to the sensations before killing yourself. When you dissolve the ego, you become one with the universe, and there is nothing more powerful than that.

There are many stupid Buddhists and weird dumb branches of Buddhism, just as there are some Christians who handle snakes. Maybe Christianity can also save you, with lots of prayer, etc... Good luck to you.

Also, like it or not, Kundalini, once activated, WILL dissolve the ego, eventually, in this life or the next. You may wish at some point to contemplate how to surrender to this inevitability rather than make some foolish stand against a universal force which ultimately only wants to liberate you from the illusion of being separate.

Unfortunately all things we spoke here are part of belief system and nothing is scientifically proven so we might just guess. Like that if there is next life or concept of heaven and hell.
If I would abandon scientific point of view that something has been damaged in brain by meditation like nerve damage that was mentioned in this thread and accept your point of view which is spiritual than this what you call universal force is pure evil. Nothing was is good wouldn't create head pressure to people and torment them severely as this thing does.

I suggest sticking with a scientific perspective, but one that also includes your own subjective experience. Universal forces are neither good nor evil. They are simply beyond human comprehension. I do not believe in anything supernatural, and it is not required to believe in anything supernatural. Kundalini is not an actual entity or god. In Buddhism, it is not necessary to believe anything. Buddhism is simply only a practice of morality and mindfulness which together help you to cultivate wisdom and happiness. Essentially the practices outlined of morality and mindfulness will simply lead you to making peace with chronic pain, and then, like many others who have done so, you will eventually thank the pain and say that it made you into a better person, saved your life, etc... Also, you will find as many others have, that 90% of the pain was created by your mental resistance to the pain, which is based in the subconscious habit of wanting to define one's identity as a victim. Eventually I hope that you will take responsibility for processing your situation and come out of it a better, wiser, happier person. Morality and mindfulness can help you with this. As a first step, I suggest you stop watching porn, using drugs, lying, cheating, or otherwise hurting other people. Just try it for a few months and I bet the sensations will have calmed down a little bit. Once you are calmer and stronger, then you can investigate the sensations and perhaps someday find their root. When you have faced the "dragon" and conquered it, then you gain the confidence and peace to know that you can face any challenge in life by the same means and be victorious. I wish this for you.

I believe the head pressure comes from something you don't realize you are still clinging to. There is this mental attachment you have, and the "kundalini" is trying to dissolve it, and so that conflict creates this tension and pain. Learning to relax and calm yourself is the first step to getting through this. To become calm you must first become innocent and blameless. If you feel guilty you cannot be calm. So make your life right. Call your parents and friends and listen to them. Spread some happiness in the world. Volunteer. Get your body healthy. Then practice relaxing. Meditation, prayer, watching your breath. Inhale. Exhale. Calm will come. Even when pain is there you can be calm. Once your calm is strong you will be 80% cured. Then, investigate the pain. Explore it more deeply. Find its source. You will someday find the thought or belief which is its origin. Then you will have the strength and calm to let it go. Then you will be cured. Good luck.

In 2014 I went on a 10 day meditation retreat. On the 6th day I experienced my body dissolve and I became one with the universe. I experienced a cessation of experience and a volcano erupted in my subconscious mind. I felt that a vortex of energy came out of my spine and also felt that my body and the world were a flame burning. So, wind and fire elements consumed the body. This is what is referred to as Kundalini. After the retreat, I became ungrounded and eventually lost my job. I visited the hospital many times complaining of these new sensations and various upsetting experiences.

Now 3.5 years later I am more functional than ever. I have a great job. I have saved a lot of money. I am happier than I have been since childhood.

I still have headaches sometimes, but they are getting less and less over time.

The secret is I kept practicing. I kept meditating. I went through the problem rather than running away from it.

The meditation has to be correct. If you do it wrong, you will hurt yourself. But, the good thing is, if you meditate wrong, you will eventually figure this out and you will learn yourself from experience how to meditate properly.

If I were to describe the proper meditation for this, I would call it "just sitting". There is no special effort made at controlling the mind, attention or awareness. Only to remain present effortlessly and in good posture while the universe does its work on you. Paying attention mainly just to the presence of the body and the world as it is. It is effortless and very boring and down to earth. Special effects may occur in the mind but these are not paid much attention. You just stay with the mundane, ordinary body and world which is always there.

In doing this, the body, on its own, relaxes more and more deeply. It is nothing special. It is just relaxing. And this is the type of meditation which, over time, allows one to make peace with headaches or other unpleasant sensations because one has trained one's self to simply stay present and keep going and just live and breathe and be willing to face and accept life as it is.

As one makes peace with chronic pain and takes refuge in the mundane, ordinary here and now, the intensity of the chronic pain becomes less and less. The importance given to mental effects becomes less and less. The Kundalini syndrome is cured and one simply adjusts to one's new body and mind as they are and acceptance is automatic and complete.

At this point, one's nature takes over and one becomes re-engaged with life again, pain is seen as irrelevant and unimportant, and happiness grows even in the presence of pain. One ceases to crave perfection in one's life and is happy and grateful for each day.

I will state again as I stated in previous comments that MORAL BEHAVIOR PRACTICE is essential to allowing the body to relax and adjust to its new circumstance. If there is guilt in the mind, the body cannot relax. Even if you think you shouldn't feel guilt, this doesn't matter. The guilt is still there. Mindfulness means we never judge our thoughts or emotions. We never feel that any emotion is wrong or shouldn't be there.

If you are not a psychopath, you probably feel some guilt for something, and you must make amends. You must make up for what you've done and change your ways. Do not ask god for forgiveness. You have to earn your own respect by consistent practice of moral virtue. Subconsciously, a lot of the prolonged intense suffering of Kundalini is caused by guilt and is a form of self-punishment and self-hatred. It is unnecessary. Hating and punishing yourself doesn't make up for what you have done. Only positive moral virtuous actions repeated over time to become a new habit, a new character can make up for what you've done and give you self-respect.

I end with this quote from Carl Jung:

“In myths, the hero is the one who conquers the dragon, not the one who is devoured by it. And yet both have to deal with the same dragon. Also, he is no hero who never met the dragon, or who, if he once saw it, declared afterward that he saw nothing. Equally, only one who has risked the fight with the dragon and is not overcome by it wins the hoard, the “treasure hard to attain.” He alone has a genuine claim to self-confidence, for he has faced the dark ground of his self and thereby has gained himself. … He has acquired the right to believe that he will be able to overcome all future threats by the same means.”

I have taught many who have experienced Kundalini awakening to process and integrate successfully. I have guided many who are suicidal and depressed to become happy and functional again. I have never asked for any compensation for this help. Helping others is my practice, to compensate the various teachers and helpers who were there for me when I was struggling. Feel free to reach out to me via email and I will try to help you. JibJamJarAtGmailDotCom

There are a variety of things that can cause this and none of them are psychological or spiritual in nature. Diet, exercise, meditation, counseling, nor prayer is going to fix this issue. The issue is related to your nervous system. The question is whether it is related to your peripheral nervous system or your central nervous system.

If it is a peripheral nervous issue, it would be related to a nerve in your face. It may be compressed by muscle or an errant artery/vein. Nerve dysfunction may also be a result of a neuropathy that is metabolic in nature. The nerve issue could also be a result of electrolyte or other issue.

If it is a central nervous system issue, it could be a result of multiple sclerosis, brain tumor, brainstem compression, Parkinson's disease, or other brain disease. If you have this issue and you want to find the truth, you need to see a neurologist and get some testing done. However, I will warn you that there are a number of issues that cause this that can't be easily fixed.

The source of the issue may indeed be physical, but as you said, may be difficult or impossible to cure. So, the cure must be to strengthen one’s mind to be more content and undisturbed even when there is chronic pain.
