previous year while masterbating i will get sperms out with force

i was masterbating from 14 now it has been 7 years and previous year while masterbating i will get sperms out with force (indeed a lot) and previous years i used to do it four -5 times a week but this year only once a week and when i do sperms comes out very slowly not with force and only little sperms is this somewhat related to impotence
sperms coming rushing and now leaking
that is in previous years i were getting sperms shooting out upto 3-4 cms
but now after ejaculating slowly within 5 seconds the sperms comes out and leaks
please help
