Puffy nipples are just a normal thing that some men have. You can get surgery to have it fixed but it's just basically the way your body is shaped. Does it upset you? Dod you want to get it changed?

Puffy nipples happen to a lot of guys.They first kinda hurt when they develop and in most of the cases one nipple is bigger than the other.They start during puberty or even in adulthood.The puberty ones often get back to normal at the end of your teen years and if not you're just unlucky.There's no actual treatment except surgery which costs a lot 6000-10000$...

but i read somewhere that this is just a hormone unbalance between testosterone and estrogen.
it said the cure is to go to your GP and ask for testosterone injections into your nipples. im not one to diagnose myself and would hate to be wrong but out of everything iv'e found. this sounds the best. one day soon i will go in to my GP and see what he says. hope this helps in any way :-)

I have this to guys so your not alone. I'm 17 and can't even remember when my nipples 'inflated'. I am not fat at all, but my nipples stick out, i have now basically accepted that they are like this and there's nothing much i can do about it. I try not to let it get me down but sometimes it does anyway, i wanted to join the Army but my nipples have actually prevented me from doing this. Life goes on... At the end of the day guys your only here once so enjoy it :-D. When i have to take my shirt off infront of people i do the 'pinching' method to make them decrease in size as well, i've come to terms with the fact that i could be far worse off, you guys have to as well.

I got the same prob and ive had to live with it for around 2 years and it f**ks everything up. im just noticing that they are starting to go down so i guess time is the only cure... it sucked but you just have to live through it, a tip is that if you flick your nipple it will look normal kinda funny but it works, they are still kind of puffy but i say f**k it.. Just wait it out guys... oh and my bro had it on one nipple for only a week hahah

I wouldn't jump so fast to just diagnose everyone with gynecomastia... that would be ridiculous. That would be completely objective. I have always had slightly puffy nipples, ever since I was a kid. I'm almost 20 now and I've been building my pecs. The more you build, the less "puffy" they look. Some guys just have "abnormally" shaped nipples due to genetics. Check out females, they have a never ending variety.

guys your nipples will go down im 13 and ive gone through puberty already and thats just a symptom-ish thing you get when ur going through puberty

don't worry most people grow out of it.. its jus the glands under the nipple.. give them a little nipp usally works for me to get them to normal
