Yes there are such things as diet pills that work. However, they are dangerous when taken inappropriately and often taken off the market because they are abused. I lost over 20 pounds on these proenzi around 15 years ago. I tried the new ones now and they don't work for me. The ephedrine needs to be taken with caffeine to help produce weight loss. Research it. And you can take ephedrine + caffeine in a pill form = diet pill.

Anyone who takes an entire bottle of pills in a day should give their head a shake not write a review for normal people. The result you saw was based on you abuse of the product not the product itself. If you'd taken an entire bottle of sleeping pills against the instructions on the label you'd be dead too.

It worked for me as well....the elevated heart rate as nottahope mentioned is because of her over dosing.....AND as per any medication....drink lots of water and eat as per a diabetic diet....which we should all be doing anyway.....the weight went on over a long period of time.....it's not going to disappear overnight people....and exercise.....this is not a miracle cure....only help...
