Last week after my husband and I had protected intercourse my husband withdrew but the condom was no longer on his penis. It was hanging half out of my vagina and it was very shrunk up like a deflated balloon. So the next day I called the doctor to get Plan B and took it 24 hours after the condom malfunctioned. Also we had protected intercourse 3 days later and the condom worked fine. Most importantly this all occured when I was ovulating. Since I took plan B early enough should I still take a pregnancy test in 2 weeks if my period doesn't start? Please Help!

I think it would make sense to take a pregnancy test if your period doesn't start. It wouldn't hurt, they are cheap and get your worry over with, don't just guess it and toss it away like a minor issue.
If worst comes to worst, you are married! You are acting like it is a major crisis! Life is beautiful. Don't be ashamed (i am christian) if perhaps God had some sort of divine intervention in your experience to help you create life with the plan he has.
you said it was halfway out? There shouldn't be anything to worry about, typically the semen has to be ejaculated in deep penetration of the vagina for it to um... work, excuse me. But you said it was halfway out and sperm die on CONTACT with oxygen, they don't live on surfaces or swim in water or anything weird like that. They are carried away by natural body secretions. Perhaps the condom had spermicide on it?
and also, don't like do the go in and pullout method THEN put the condom on. The penis will be lubricated and chances of hte condom slipping off are higher, and so can chaffing and friction which can result in a tearing of the condom (in some cases).
And one more thing... the penis becomes flaccid after ejaculation and when the man pulls out... it clearly states on the packaging that when you pull to "firmly grasp the outer ring using an o-shape with your fingers around the penis and pull out with it" its sill but it is very specific to prevent this from happening.
hope some of that helped.
