Can protriptyline and nortriptyline be taken at the same time for prevention of chronic headaches. I am currently taking 30 mg of nortriptyline at night. Too tired the next day.
Could a person take 20 mg of nortriptyline at night and 5 mg of protriptyline in the morning? It is very similiar to nortriptyline with out the sedating factor.
