I am 16 years old, about 5 feet and 1 inch, 105 pounds, and mainly muscle. I am happy with my weight-to-height ratio but I am very unhappy with my seemingly-protruding abs. I don't think I really have belly fat (my ribs and hip ones are visible slightly and I have a visible six pack), but my abs seem to protrude more than they should. I'm not sure exactly what to do about this because I am very self conscious about it. Are there exercises I can to do lessen the protrusion? Thanks for any advice!
