Puffy/Swollen Male Teenager Nipples

ok guys im 14 and ive had it for almost a year, im not fat im really skinny only wiegh 140 pounds and 6'1 im pretty tall and skinny and i had it on both nipples but on my left it went away and its still on my right it hurts if i put pressure on it i have like a six pack put im afraid to take my shirt off at like pools and stuff because it of my swollen nipple any help? i already talked to my doctor and she said that it will go away with time but i want it gone and i have seen no decreasing of the swelling not sure what to do any help????

I am 5'11" 180 and I'm not fat its a combination of big bones and muscle, I bench 170 and sqaut 300, got the whole six pack going on too. I am 14 and have had them for 2 years. My doctor said it is Gynocomastia and should go away in around 3-5 years. It sucks, people always go "Oh gosh Kyle your nippin!" when in reality my nipples are freaking huge. Stick out about half an inch about 1 inch wide and 3/4 an inch tall. It seriously sucks. I havn't done anything to stop it but, I have heard from people constant masturbation could cause them. Once I heard that I stopped masturbating. It has only been 3 days but so far no improvement. I need some help to. I also have tons of acne, I need help. Hahah Im so ugly

Okay same thing is happening to me but i've only had it for 2 years and one went down. Its not too big of a deal like u shouldnt be afraid to not wear a shirt its not like its a deformallity its just a swolen nipple go to the beach and say everyone goes throught this because it looks like apparently 79 percent of teens do go through this.

tell me about it im 15 and ive had it since i was 12, it felt hard underneath, but that went away, but both off my nipples are so swollen. its embarrasing, i hate taking off my shirt, but you do know that it is extra tissue, and u can get surgery on them, i might do that, but surgery on my nips, seems kinda werid

I'm 13 man my right nipple is swollen with a bump underneath it...I've been rubbing gently and putting a bit of pressure on it and it seems to help with the pain

I am 18 6 foot 2 and 160 pounds. Its only on the left and pressure can hurt. I honestly really really don't like this. But I am glad its as common as it seems on here. Cause damn I was scared.

Im 16 and it started when I was 13. I never drink any soda, or anything that contains alot of sugar or caffeine. If it was breast cancer I would be dead by now. The swollen area hurts sometimes when touched, and sometimes they don't. Recently some hair has started to grow on my nipples. The swelling shows no signs of decreasing. Some ppl say it goes away if u stop masturbating for a few weeks, but hell I can't go without it for a more than 4 days, and it helps me sleep, like a sleeping pill.

I'm 14 years old and I'm 6 foot tall, and I weigh 225, a lot of it's muscle because I exercise, my uncle died recently of breast cancer, he was like in his 30's to 50's, I'm not really able to remember, but most of this seems common, I'm going to go on a water diet to see if that would help.
