Hi y'all. I have a pulsing in my right ear that comes just every month or so. It feels like my heartbeat is in my ear. Boom boom.. Boom boom.. Then i can feel air build up in my chest, and I'll burp and it will all stop.A little bit later, starts all over again. Will last a few days, then gone until the next time.
