Hello. I'm 17 year old female and I'm very depressed because of my skin problems. You see, from the moment I have stepped into my puberty my skin changed and become filled with small acnes.
I have tried several skin creams to relieve my symptoms but nothing could help me because, I guess, problem was in my hormones.
With time, my symptoms were just getting worse.
After some time, these small acnes were substituted with a little bigger ones filled with some white fluid.
Any ideas what might cause this and is there any possible treatment?

Well, it could be very hard to not know anything about it because it is quite common problem in youth.
I believe we are talking about pustules and the white fluid you have mentioned is probably pus-mixture of inflammatory cells and liquid.
A pustule is a small collection of pus in the top layer of skin or beneath it. You asked about the possible cause. Well, they usually form in sweat glands or hair follicles. This could be caused with presence of some bacteria on skin but some pustules could even be sterile.
You should contact you dermatologist and let him determine do you have a bacterias present on your skin. If this is the case- you will probably get some antibiotic cream.
