I know spotting is one of the signs of pregnancy. Does everyone have spotting if they are pregnant? And when does it usually occur? Does it happen during your missed period? Or a little after? Thanks.

And how can you tell its spotting and not something else? Like yesterday I had like 3 drops and thats it. Is that spotting?
