rash and swollen lymph gland/ HIV?

Hi, I'm 14 years old. I had sex (homosexual) with a guy. We did anal sex of course. After we had sex, I asked him if he cum inside my butt and he did say YES! On that time, I was very stressed!! I don't know what to do and I don't wanna tell my parents what I have done! After a week, I have no fever, but I have rashes. I don't know if it's because of the plants I'm playing with or because of the HIV symptom.. I also have swollen lymph glands but only very little. I don't have diarrhea or any symptom of HIV except the rash and swollen lymph gland. After 2 months onwards, I had a fever. I worried because I said to myself that it maybe a sign of HIV!! And now, it's exactly 3 months and 19 days after I jerked with my neighbor guy. And no other symptoms of HIV except of the three i've said before.. Is it a symptom of HIV?

Please answer my question. I am very stressed right now.. I don't wanna die because I'm still young and I have many dreams to overcome. Please pray for me. Thank you.. :-((
