I get itchy bumps on my hands, elbows, knees and feet. Only in the summertime. I have gotten it every year since my teens. I've noticed it erupt if I've slept in warm conditions overnight. It is called GRANULOMA ANNULARE. There are MANY forms of this skin disorder. Google different images. Topical steroid creams and antihistamines help. Sleep in cool temperatures.

My 19-year-old daughter has SAME symptoms. Very bad on her legs and but (it just spreads!) and both elbows are the worst. Fingers, knuckles, tops of feet not as bad. Mouth a little puffy too... We are perplexed. Doc not quite sure-prescribed Bendadryl and Prednisone. Strep swab taken. No result yet. Scary. Hands tight.
