Rash under belly

My mom had this all the time an I would take care of her for it, normally a cold wet rag would help cuz it cools it down next u wanna put a little bit of hydrogen peroxidde and if u have someone with u your gonna want them to blow on it, my mom always go this because she was over weight an she would sweat a lot so it causes a rash. Just make sure u keep it cool
