Hi, Ive been experiencing really bad lower abdominal cramps 4 days before my menstrual cycle and continuing into my menstrual. The pain was so bad I was basically in my bed the whole time. I'm really concerned because this is very unusual. Any ideas for what it could be? I was thinking that I might have an ovarian cyst, but I'm not sure.
