I am also having bleeding from my bowel only during my period and going to the toilet is extremely painful there is a lot of blood though it's not just spotting or a bit when u wipe it's very red and fills up the bowl. Have had a ultrasound found nothing drs are thinking colonoscopy. Ugh over waiting so sore I need to get this sorted !
