I need to talk with someone about my daughter's problem. She has a red bump on upper limp that comes and goes from time to time. A visit to a dermatologist would clear up everything. It is possible that she was infected by herpes in the past and that it outbreaks like this from time to time. I do not think that it is a food allergy; both her lips and mouth would be affected. Perhaps it could be the allergy on every day drug like aspirin. After examination, I am certain that the doctor will find the solution.
