Hello, i am 30 year old male and i noticed a red lump on my right testicle.It is red and filled with blood and i popped it albeit with difficulty but it remained for a month and is still there.Pics are after i bled it again.Tomorrow it will be filled with blood and red.
Is this from a hair? If so what should i do?

Chances are that it could have been an ingrown hair and you tried to get it out and it got infected.
I too have had one before, but it was on my right breast instead, since I am indeed a female. You should be okey ad long as you keep it clean and keep the blood out of it. If it starts to ooze anything besides blood you should talk to your doctor and make sure it isn't an STD or something major.
