hi, i have the same problem, small cuts around the neck of my penis, and its with different girls so i dont think its something related with the other person fluids. i used different creams and the best for me is the snail cream, looks like this cream improves the elasticity of skin by removing dead cells and nourishing the skin. any way after sex i still have the redness but in less amount, please answer if works for you or you have a better idea. thank you.

I too have the same problem. It appeared about 8 years ago when I was very sexually active. I immediately had every test known to mankind for the period of two years. Finally, a dermatologist told me it was trauma induced psoriasis called Koebnerization. It seems to fit, but just like eveypne else I worry constantly that it is some mutant strain of HPV or HSV. I hope this helps and if anyone has new info, please keep us posted.

Please let me know if you ever find out anything, I have had a similar red irritation which gets a little better or worse but has never gone away for 3 years. I have asked several doctors about it, tried hydrocortizone cream as well as cream for yeast infections with little to no change. I also have chronic knee, ankle and leg muscle pain with occasional twitching. I have been to 2 orthopedists, a neurologist, and had MRI's of both knees as well as complete metabolic blood work and am beginning to suspect some sort of viral disease.

Hello im 20 years old and a male, uncircumcised and have been having unprotected sex with my girlfriend not knowing she had a yeast infection. Sometimes we would have lots of sex right after the other and i would masturbate at least once a day. After sex I noticed little tiny red spots on my penis about two days after. They go away but it repeats after sex again. I left my penis alone for about week and it seems every time i masturbate and have sex my penis turns bright red. I got an std check and the doctor said i did not have a yeast infection. I'm still concerned because every time i ejaculate afterwords my penis is bright red and at times my penis gets dry but not always. It seems most people are listing a similar thing but giving subtly different symptoms. I've got a problem that sounds like most of the problems here. The foreskin becomes tight around the ring, lacerations appear on the foreskin around the ring, and a reddish rash type thing appears on the head under the foreskin (ive also noticed a lot of dryness around the ring on my foreskin).
When i masturbate, the lacerations appear to open and start to - for lack of a better word - "shine", like it's a wound that's recently stopped bleeding (almost like plasma) and it feels painful (most of the time). On the other hand, when I have sex with a lengthy period of foreplay, it doesn't seem to hurt after ejaculation. The red "rash" seems to get redder and feels raw when i masturbate - i've found that it may look like a rash but i don't think it is a rash, when i was bathing the other day and washing my head, i put my hand round it and tightened my thumb and index finger a little and pushed up towards my head and saw a small amount of blood came out - but only gets redder when I have sex. The dryness and flaky (which i didn't mention prior) seem to be natural for me yearly at around autumn/winter time, but it seems to affect how painful the lacerations can be.
I've been to my general practitioner for a swab to check for yeast infections, and the results came back negative. I've talked to a friend that suggests it's a problem that most Males have - tight foreskin, cuts and red rash on head. He also said that most people do get STI/STD checks done and always come back negative. I'm thoroughly under the impression that my friend is correct (he usually is in matters of strong debate) and he said the only real way to deal with it is circumcision. On a side note: Doctors also recommend circumcision for most men as it's hygienic and can prevent most yeast and fungus based infections from occurring.

ive been having similar sores/irritations. it seems that almost every time towards the end of sex/masturbation that these little sore spots tend to pop up on my shaft and foreskin. theyre never more than 2mm wide and arent raised or anything. they dont itch but can be pretty paiful. ive been puting pretrolium jelly on them and they dissappear in about a day. me nor my girlfriend have any std's, so im wondering what this is. is it because im not using a good enough lube? or a reaction to something? or what?

I have the same same issue. 1 spot below penis head that seams thin skinned. It is red and rash like after sex and will flake a day day or 2 after sex. I have also started having red spots on head of penis. I have seen my dr. who gave me a cream that didnt work. There is no itching or burning. Just irritation. Symptoms do not change with or without a condom, or with or without lubrication. Aloe seems to help it heal faster, but sexual intercourse, or masturbation seems to cause the irritation. I have tested negative for std's. I am cocerned about a possible chemical reaction. My girlfriend and I have been dating for 2 years and did not have this problem until 4 or 5 months ago. She has IUD. We have ruled out foliculitus and other skin irritations from a friend that works at dermatology ofice.

I'm having the same problem. Ever time after sex, I get cut's or lesions on my shaft and they burn like HELL. Especially in the shower when water hits hit. It just about brings me to my knees. One lesion is right around the the bottom of the head. This one takes some time to heal. As if my foreskin is to tight or something. The lesions open especially on the sides where my foreskin ends. Ive tried to use a condom, but still the cuts and burns come back. Ive been spraying it with JOCK ITCH spray and that BRINGS ME TO MY KNEES. It hurts like HELL!!!.
