Try a rinse of about 8 oz of warm water with 1 tbs of apple cider vinegar (unfiltered and organic if possible). It helps to restore the PH balance and will also help naturally fight any fungal infections you could have. It may also seem strange, but it helps to reduce any odors as well. I recommend the rinse up to 4 times a day. Also, if there is dryness, you could try getting a bottle of jojoba oil and adding 3-4 drops each (no more, it's important for it to be diluted, non-diluted can sting) of lavender essential oil and tea tree oil. Lavender helps speed healing and it soothing, tea tree oil it antibacterial and anti fungal. Even if you aren't suffering from any dryness, this will benefit your skin down there. This could also be linked to irritants in detergents, soaps, sweat, all easily helped. Make sure you don't use too much detergent when you're doing your laundry, if it all doesn't rinse out, this could add to your discomfort. And no matter what anyone has told you, and whether or not your cut, uncut, soap is never good for the penis. Clean with warm water, or the diluted apple cider vinegar rinse.
