I have this annoying problem, which more of a cosmetic than health. After a long run Ive noticed that the whole upper part of my body is covered with red spots. At first I thought Ive contracted a skin disease, but when gradually disappeared after the period of cooling off, I realized that they were caused by long running. What is this and how to prevent it?

OMG! Thats exactly the problem I have. I notice that Im pretty warm as I run and when I get home and undress I see these stubborn, red spots all over my body. They look like some kind of rash. And I thought that its something obnoxious that Ive got in a public swimming pool. But, should I say, luckily its only a post long run skin reaction. I guess that we both have very sensitive skin and since we heat and sweat during these long runs, it becomes irritated in a way. Maybe we should also pay attention to the clothes were wearing while we run, because sometimes they use synthetic fabrics for some reason, and people with sensitive skin should wear only clothes made of natural fabrics, that is, cotton.
