I had unprotected sex a few months ago (with someone I trust) however in the last few weeks I've noticed several 10-20 red spots on my crotch. They aren't on my genitals but still concern me as I haven't seen this before. They are small (almost like pimples, but smaller) and for the most part are just red, there are a few that are are slightly bigger and blood colored. They don't itch, hurt, or otherwise affect me. Is this something horrible or am I worrying over nothing?

There are so many skin conditions that nothing can be said without having a look. Although this could be just an allergic reaction to something you ate, used, sprayed, etc…it could also be something like mulluscum contagium that is considered to be an STD because it may be spread sexually. It is actually skin to skin transmission and condom would not protected you anyway if your partner has infection on thighs or groins and testicles.
The lesions are often symptom-less although they could be itchy as well. Since they are asymptomatic, you could have not noticed them in your partner or you for a long period of time. Mulluscum is not dangerous and can be treated.
It doesn’t necessarily mean that you have mulluscum. I was just making a suggestion. In order to realize what it is, you need to see a doc. The sooner the better.
