Hi , I'm 21 and have been with my bf 2 years. We have a daughter who we planned on . As soon as I had her I went on the depo shot. For almost 4 months I didn't see my period and when it did come it was very light. For a year we didn't have sex because of distance (he lives out of the country).
When I was given the ok to travel, the shot had expired and I didn't have time to schedule for another. So when I got to his country, I took a pill that was well recommended. It would protect me for a month.
We had unprotected sex for the whole time I was there. Then I got my period but it wasnt normal. Had a bit of an odor and wasn't bright red..a lot darker. Eventually it went away and we had sex again.
Now, 2months later my period is m.i.a . I got tested for STDs and came back negative for everything. So I'm scared to be pregnant. I took two urine test and they came out negative. A friend told me that the depo shot will not let my pee show if I'm pregnant ( I got back on it as soon as I got back in the states) .
But I've been having headaches, feeling faint/dizzy , cravings, pee a lot , smells are bothering me....
Oh I forgot to add that 2days ago I had small discharge that was redish brownish. I thought maybe I'd be getting my period but nothing. I also get cramps from time to time that last a few seconds.
Do I really seem pregnant ? And if I am would the depo shot harm my child ?
Soo iam 21 and me and my boyfriemd have had sex like rabbits. .and I haven't had my period since july 29th...but just today september 3rd....I started to have spotting but its reddish brown...but getting redder...I don't have any cramping at all so idk what it is....iam soo confused cuz I didn't have a period AT ALL in August? This is coming from ovulation or the uterus shedding what it did not shedd during your last cycle. But it can also mean a bacterial infection in which intercourse is not necessary.
