It's possible. The timing would work pretty well.
Most women ovulate between days 11-16 of their cycle, you had sex on day 9, sperm can live for about 5 days. So, if you ovulate before day 14, yes, you could be pregnant.
The discharge MIGHT be implantation bleeding but usually it would be very, very, light spotting.
If your period is late, take a home test. Testing now would likely give you a negative as it takes some time for the hormone levels to become high enough to be read. If you still haven't had your period 7-10 days after it was due then retest.
False negatives are common testing early. False positives are rare.
