Reoccurring vaginal boil.its very painful and lasts for 3 days giving me a high fever. What could be the cause of this and treatment.

At the labia
Just at the leads of my vagina hole.

Yes and when it busts it looks like its coming from the vagina
If it is a reoccurring bartholin that doesn't respond to other treatments such as antibiotics the other procedure that is sometimes done is to remove the gland it's self but some people have said even that hasn't worked and they have still come back.

can it cause cancer if it is not treated?
I wouldn't think so because it's just and infection that is causing it but not being a doctor and not being able to examine it I couldn't give you a positive answer to that question Martha. My advice to you would be to go and see your doctor/gynecologist and get it checked out, they may even be able to give a simple solution to stop it happening.
