a colourless fluid coming from reproductive organ past one week
If you are male, and in your early teens, entering puberty, then this fluid may simply be seminal fluid, aka precum, which anticipates and lubricates the way for sperm. I say early teens, because if you were older, you would probably have noticed it by now. If it is not a slight seepage of a slippery fluid, or is associated with any other symptoms (pain, blood) then you should go to a doctor or clinic to ask.

If you are female, roughly the same answer applies. The female vagina also secretes colourless, generally odorless fluid, to ease the presumed (by nature) possibility of intercourse. And the same caveat applies: any pain or blood, see a doctor or go to a clinic. As a woman, there are also natural causes for blood, if you have not already become aware of the female menstrual cycle.

Always, male or female, if in doubt, go to a doctor. If you are in a country where that isn't possible, make that clear in your post, and the respondent will do their best to suggest an alternative.
