See your doctor that treated you for PTB.
Scarring is permanent with PTB. It will always remain. As to your career opportunities it depends upon the employers policy.
in my medical says I have stable fibrotic residual.left upper but I don't have previous tb or nothing my previous xray was normal thanks hoping for reply
