Result of my CXR-PA: There is a suspicious density in the right superimposed

May i know what does this means?

"There is a suspicious density in the right superimposed on the 3rd anterior rib." Rest of the lung fields are clear.Cardiac shadow is not enlarged. Diaphragm and costophrenic sulci are intact.

Impression:

Deferred. ALV SUGGESTED..
