Reverse ejaculation is when semen goes backwards into the bladder upon ejaculation. It then comes out during urination.

the medical term for this is retrograde ejaculation. i can't remember why but it is considered unhealthy if it occurse often, at least now you have a term for searching. i think it can be surgically corrected if there is a physical defect behind it but it may actually be to do with the way you masturbate/muscle control.
