i have problem in my back last 3 years and have fever .dr says my right kidney is smaller then left one its cause of infection and cortical systs of 10x 10 in mid pole.plz help any one know about it
my right kidney is smaller in size measuring 80 mm in bipolar length with parenchymal thickness of 11 pm .the renal parenchymal echogenicity is increased with instant corticomedullary differentiation .two simple cortical cysts of 10 x 10 mm are seen at mid pole . any one know about it plz advice.
