Hi, I have always had problems with workout. Whenever I decided to take this step, soon afterward I quit. A week ago I have enrolled in an S&M gym. It has instructors that go around with whips and make us do all the exercises. It was kind of fun at first. But now, S&M training is making me feel nauseous. Do you have a word of advice for me?

Hi, I think I can understand why you have decided to start exercising in an S&M gym. Perhaps you are not determined enough to workout in a regular gym. That is why you need someone to “encourage” you to do the workout exercises. You say S&M training is making you feel nauseous. Well that is normal when you get over your limits. It is good that you have not injured yourself during this process. Physical exercises, weight lifting or body building needs to be adjusted for every individual. This includes their intensity. Therefore, my guess is that you overworked yourself. This is known to cause symptoms like nausea. Talk to your S&M gym instructor, or whatever the name of that person is, if there is a way for easing up the exercises.
