this happened when i was in high school and me and my girlfriend were experimenting with oral sex while driving. she scraped the head of my penis with her teeth. it's not that noticeable when i have an erection but it is when i'm not. girls that i meet and have casual relationships with don't notice, but i avoid getting into long term relationships because i know they'll notice eventually and i'll be embarassed. i've looked into having some kind of surgery done to ease my mind but am wondering if anyone has had this done and if they're pleased or not?
