I am a 22 year old male, and for about the past six weeks I've had enormous amounts of pain. I also have a history of knee problems, as I have osgood-Schlatters. it started out with minor pain in my back and knees and eventually grew into stronger and stronger pain. I noticed that I seem to walk more on the insides of my feet, which I was prescribed some orthotics. Now weeks later it still feels as though I am walking on the insides of my feet, with the orthotics in my shoes while wearing them. As for my knees physical therapy has been done, iceing has been done/continues, cortisone shot in each (which 11 hours later I had to be helped to a car to go to the emergency with what I can only describe as the worst pain I have ever felt, the Dr. who did the shot was not surprised, said it was simply the local anesthetic wearing off and the pain coming back, but the pain wasn't that bad ever before that.), and Tuesday I see the 3rd Dr. for all of this. X-rays of my knees have shown the early signs of arthritus in both knees, cartilage worn down on the inside of both knees, also the chiropractor I have been seeing noticed what he thought could possibly be bone fragments in between the bones in my knee. I know some of my back pain is from a previous injury, and have not had much trouble with it sense, minor aches.

I'm running out of ideas as to how to get better again (and no one seems to know what is wrong with me, or can't figure it our, unless i'm getting treated unfairly due to lack of health insurence.), sense I have been missing a lot of work, it gets really hard to stay on my feet more than 10-15mins. So if anyone may have an idea, I'd love to hear it!

recent lifestyle changes:
required to wear steal toed boots at work, did a lot of pedal pushing for awhile, possible cause of osgood flare up.

thank you for your time

- Last night I noticed something different, seemed like my knees, hips, and very low back (pretty much my buttox) and it felt very much like my knee cap was sliding around. Felt like the only way to get any relief from my knees was to hold them complately straight,
