Since last one week I have lot of pain in my throat while swalloing my salivia, or water or food.  It has also caused fever Temp. 101.  Doctor say Acidity is getting blocked over throat hence infection in throat and has prescribed tablets, but no relief yet.

Can advise any one what is actual problem and how the same should be treated? who is a specialist doctors for the same.
