i have been in a committed relationship with my boyfriend for almost two years. He is the first person i have had sex with and we have been having sex for almost a year an a half, but everytime it is painful for me. even sometimes when he fingers me. Every time I have to ask him to stop. we do a lot of foreplay and im very wet, but when he penetrates it feels like i am being stretched out. like my hymen hasn't broken fully, but it has. he is not incredibly endowed and i should be stretched out by now, right?? the pain is superficial, like right at the entrance. it hurts the most when he or i thrusts in or out.
sometimes when i wear tight jeans it becomes uncomfortable there too. like my vulva is pinched or rubbed, its very strange. one side of my vulva looks inflamed(it is much larger and redder than the other one), but it has been this way since i can remember so i never thought much about it. maybe these things are related. im just very worried, because it should not be painful and it is.
please any advice? im scared to call my gyno since my mother might find out.

You need to go to a gyno it could be serious. Most likely your vaginal muscles are just too tight, which is pretty common and can gradually be fixed by teaching them to relax. But it could be something else. The fact that one side of your vulva is swollen is really alarming and Ive never heard of that before! The stretching feeling is probably just your muscles being too tight. He's going to have to work with you and reprogram your muscles and nerves to relax more and feel good instead of tense up and feel pain. Go to a gyno tho for sure!
