Sharp/dull pains in manhood made worse by ejaculation - Doctor's can't figure out what's wrong?

Sorry if this is a bit long, a lot of stuff has happened. If there's anyone who knows anything about what might be wrong with me I would love to hear it. So this started at the the beginning of January. Everything was normal and then suddenly I felt a severe stabbing below the right side of my penis after masturbating one day. This went on for a few days and corresponded with a throbbing pain that went down the right side of my shaft. I was left with three strange little bumps that hurt to touch below the right underside of the head, that seemed to connect to a large vein that lead down the right side of my shaft. It seemed to be healing pretty well when I aggravated it masturbating. Then I had fairly rough sex and suddenly I had pain everywhere. There were sharp stabbing pains below both sides of my head, on and off shooting pains up the sides and undersides of the shaft, and all of the sudden there was a strange bump on the bottom of the helmet area of my head on the left side. All in all, it was the worst pain I've ever experienced and I can't seem to fully recover from it. That was in late January. In February, it seemed to be healing. I did some acupuncture early in the month and for some reason that caused a lot of penile pain. Like blood was flowing throughout my penis and hurting it simultaneously. Then I experienced a lot of right side testicle pain that was deemed epidermis and was given an antibiotic to help deal with it. This pain seemed to fade but never seemed to be completely gone. By early March, I was experiencing only occasional dull pains on the sides and under both sides of the head of my penis. I found out I could masturbate lightly and it didn't cause too much harm. I still have that large vein on the right side of shaft and it seemed to inflate after ejaculation. There is also an abnormally large vein on the left side that seemed to get slightly bigger as well. My symptoms at this point were the same occasional dull pains coming up the undersides of the shaft and dull pains in the head. And occasionally I'd feel pain in my perennial area and lower right side testicle after ejaculation. And then one day I masturbated twice and in the hours that followed, I had sharp shooting pains up the undersides of my shaft, in the head, and sharp pains on the left and right of the topside. In the next couple days, sometimes I experienced no pain, and the pains would only come back sometimes randomly or when my penis swung around or touched something. The pains started to dull and last night I had a nocturnal emission that brought back the sharp pains everywhere and severe pain in my right testicle. Doctors haven't been able to help me with this at all. Nobody seems to know what this is. One urologist thought it was a muscle problem. I did a penile ultrasound early Feb that didn't show any abnormality. Earlier this week I was given another antibiotic earlier this week by a urologist who said maybe it's a prostate issue. It seems to me like ejaculatory contractions are somehow causing damage in my penis. If anyone could give me any clue as to what I should do to try and figure this out, please don't hesitate. This problem is ruining my ability to go about life normally. I can give more specific details if needed.
