It is early for any signs of pregnancy to occur. Usually the first sign is a missed period.
Yes, she could get pregnant. You said she was just on her period, so I'm guess that's 5-6 days, then you waited three more, so you had sex on days 8-9 of her cycle. Your sperm can survive about 5 days.
Most women ovulate sometime between days 11-16. If she ovulates before about day 14, she can get pregnant.
Wait two weeks, preferably three weeks, after having sex and use a home test. It takes some time for them to be able to detect a pregnancy.
