I am only getting my period for two to three days and it is a light pinkish and browny color. And I am also getting a little pain in my belly. Why is that?

OK so my period usually lasts for 3 days. This month it only lasted maybe a day and a half. And at the end of my cycle, I spotted for 3 days. Does anyone know why this happened?
