I am 13. I have recently found out that the foreskin on my penis is supposed to go down and up freely. When I try pulling it down, wheter I'm hard or not, I can get it about half way down the head, and I can see an area of foreskin that is too thin to go past the head. I tried a technique I read about somewhere and the hole got bigger. Should I continue doing this?
Also, behind the area of foreskin that is too small to go past the head I can just slightly see a little hole where my pee comes out of. Does this mean the foreskin is down or not?
