16 days post op you are going to walk 3-5 miles, I think you a nut.
I'm now 7 days post op. I had just been allow out of bed yesterday. My Dr said it will be about 2 months before I can hit the gyms again. This is provided I have complication such as skin necrosis etc. So foar things are looking good for
me.
