Hello. For a long time I practice bicycling.
It is only recreative but I can say I am a big fan of it.
One month ago, I felt, during my cycling, strong irritation on my anal region.
I assume it was some local skin change caused by narrow sit on my bicycle, and I didn’t pay to much attention on it. But since then - things only get worse.
I quit cycling for a while but my irritation didn’t stop. I started to suffer from itchiness and I’ve noticed a blood in my stool.
Seams that temporarily cycling quit will not relieve my symptoms.
What should I do?
I see you’re thinking logically.
Removing risk factors such as driving a bicycle for a long time should make your symptoms disappear-but only sometimes.
When hemorhoids develop in something worse, removing risk factors will not cause solution.
Such thing is internal hemorhoids. Internal hemorhoids can develop from external type and they represent a much more worse condition because operation is only cure for it.
Such operation is routine these days and you shouldn’t worry about it.
I believe this is the only way to remove your symptoms for good and than you can believe to your cycling.
You could be back on the road for about three weeks.
Good luck with surgery!
