Hello, folks. My friend has been recommending me some workout. He even told me to do that twice a day. It seems little exaggerated to me, but I am not sure. I would like to hear some other opinion, besides the one coming from my friend. Is there anyone who could give me such an advice? I would appreciate it.

Hi, there. It all depends how long your exercise last that day. If you work out for half an hour, then you can increase it to one hour per day. It is on you to decide if you will do this - all at once or you will split it. Maybe it is not a bad idea to work out twice a day in that case. However, if you have a training that lasts for two hours, I think you don’t need to increase it. Imagine you are having two trainings, two hours each. It is too much to work out twice a day in that case. At least, this is my opinion. You should consult an expert about your workout twice a day. Good luck!
