I have started to workout from last week. 1 hour every day, should i prefer to go gym 5 days in a week.

I'll be glad to help. Just tell me more about yourself and what are your goals? Are you looking to build muscle or just to get in shape?
So you decided to go to the gym , right? 5 days a week is way to much to start of with. You should limit your workout to 3 hours per week for the first month. Trust me , it will be enough. I know , you may be eager to work out all the time but you have to take it slow.
Also, have you given any thought about your nutrition?

- How much do you weigh and how tall are you?
- What are your goals?
