I already started to do some exercises. My basic action is about my shoulders. I am not satisfied with my progress. Maybe, the problem is my female kind of look. I would like to get some advices about this subject. By the way, I am going to the gym for a year.

I understand you completely. I had the same problem myself in the beginning. Maybe you do not work properly. My problem was my constant mistaking in exercising. And, of course, I had no results. Best advice for you is to talk to your trainer or to get one if you dont have it. You can not expect effects from exercising in wrong way.

Gavan, what is your current exercise program? It's hard to diagnose the problem without more specific information.
