I am a 44-year-old woman who gets extreme fatigue during my period. I also get a whole-body illness where my stomach is off and my head hurts. It used to happen one day during my period. Now it happens 3 out of 5 days. I have been on the pill before and experience the same illness. i don't know what to do. It is debilitating.
