Im a 22yr old male, and have only recently noticed my semen is becoming clearer and more drippy(watery) as compared to the thicker discharge. I don't over masturbate, and a large quantity still comes out every time I do. However, I was wondering whether the gf who squeezed my penis during the ejaculation process to stop semen getting on her, whether that has damaged my prostate and caused this clearer stuff to come out??? I have read that the prostate can be damaged this way and so the semen instead of shooting out will instead go into the bladder.
Is there any correlation between what the gf did and the clearer semen now coming out??? Any thoughts???
