I am hoping to get a realistic idea of the pros and cons of fat metabolisers. At this point I am more than sure that I need to lose weight and I have already started dieting. But the process is going slow and I am already losing motivation. That is why I am considering the fat metabolisers.
I understand! Being overweight can be hard, but a weight loss journey is even harder. You know, as far as fat metabolisers are concerned, some people have no side effects at all, whereas other people feel bad on them, get diarrhoea , can't sleep and so on. It also varies depending on the type of fat metaboliser you are using.
