Lots of these sound like yeast infections, ie penile thrush, go to your GP (its easy, they get loads of ppl with this) once you have done it once to check it isnt anything worse then you will get some cream. After that if it happens again then you can get treatment from any chemist without having to go back to the doctor. Ive had it, and it isnt an STD, it can develop on its own. However if you have been having unprotected sex then your girlfriend will have to have treatment too cos it can be passed back and forth.

The skin collored spots which also look like goosebumps are nothing to worry about. If you are concerned otherwise, see a Doctor. But these spots cant cause any problems unless you are not a virgin and had unproected sex. Is so, get it checked out. But the spots will go away over time. If the spots are only at the bottom of the shaft then you dont have a reason to worry, those spots are more than likely hair follecules.

I hope this information help.

Sht I wash all the time but it still has that fkin odor.
I did assume that it was do to poor hygiene so I just kept cleaning it.
I clean it 2-3 times a day and when I shower I scrub it. It still fkin smells, so I don't get it.
How am I supposed to get my dk sucked with this sh*t, huh!?
Thats really the part that pisses me off. I don't even feel comfortable having sex unless I've just had a shower. And then I like to shower just after too.
Still no idea, just submitting my two cents.

This nasty smelly white stuff is called smegma. It is an infection caused by poor hygiene in the lower extremities in uncircumcised males. If i am right it is a yeast infection. "I AM NOT A DOCTOR SO PLEASE DO NOT QUOTE THIS" If it is a yeast infection, the most commonly used over the counter medications used to treat male yeast infections are the same products that are used to cure female yeast infections. That's because the very same yeast that causes vaginal yeast infections in women can cause infections in men.

Men can safely use over the counter antifungal treatments such as Monistat even those these products are labeled "for vaginal use." Over the counter medications like Monistat are marketed to women because genital yeast infections are much more common in women than in men. Other commonly used over the counter medications are Lamisil, Micatin and Lotrimin. Vagisil cream can be used to help relieve itchiness and burning until the yeast infection is cured.

To treat a male yeast infection apply the over the counter medication directly to the affected skin on your penis twice daily for a week. If the rash doesn't go away after a week or if it recurs frequently, you should get a medical evaluation. Persistent or recurring yeast infections can be associated with other chronic medical conditions such as diabetes and HIV. If your yeast infection is caused by an underlying medical condition, the infection will not improve until the underlying medical condition is addressed.

While treating a male yeast infection be sure to do the following:

· Wash and dry the affected area with a clean towel.

· Apply the antifungal cream, powder or spray as directed.

· Change clothes, especially underwear, every day.

Where did you get the false idea that smegma is caused by an infection?
It is not!!!
It is a natural secretion of the glans. Circumcised men do not have this secretion because the surface of the glans that produces it has been destroyed by being constantly exposed.
