I am a diabetic. My penis has an infection. It is not very big about 3 in, the head is very red and very sore to touch. To wash it it hurts like hell. Also there is a smell on the head of my penis. Could it be the size of it. when i was youger my penis was bigger. What can i do to get rid of the redness and the pain. I am 71 years old THANK YOU

I went back to the doc today an he told me to clean it with dove soap twice daily an wait for it to completely dry before getting dressed. He also put me on another antibiotics I take 3 times a day. I hope this works. I would post a picture put the last time I took a picture of my penis on my phone. My phone weighed 15 pounds.
