my husband only has one descended testicle, and we have 2 girls. is it possible for us to have a boy, or only girls. i have been told by a friend of mine that her father also has just one, and he has 6 girls. is this true, or is it still possible for us to have a boy.
Having one testical has nothing to do with your husbands genetics and the chromosome he will pass on. The male does determine the sex of the child and he may have a tendency or strong tendency towards one sex, in your case females, but one testical is irrelevant.
